How We Work
Our Manufacturing Process
1. Prototype Development
Some orders warrant the development of new prototypes. Our prototype development experts take to their computers and initiate them. Sometimes a product improvement for new styles of shoes or existing ones.
2. Design & Pattern Cutting
According to the samples of shoes, design or requirement of the customer, the model last is selected by the shoe designers and patterns are developed and manufactured under the supervision of the shoe designer.
3. Clicking Components
Our clicking department is equipped with high tech machinery to smoothen the cutting and clicking work. The components are clicked by machine by the clicker then checked and marked by stamping machine.
4. Closing or Machining
The component pieces are sewn together by skilled machinists so as to produce the completed upper. The work is divided in stages. In early stages, the pieces are sewn together on the flat machine.
5. Lasting
Our lasting department then takes the completed upperly which are then moulded into a shape of foot with the help of a "Last" and pneumatic lasting machine.
6. Quality Control & Packing
The shoe lift is inserted in the shoes to maintain the shape of the finished shoes. After this operation the finished shoes are kept in the boxes and dispatched to the warehouse or showroom.
